the holes in the manifold dont line up with the holes in the cyl head properly (from the factory) so its best to enlarge them. aka port match for better flow.

Yeah this would work but it`s like taking a step down I`d have to port it and add a second 02 sensor location. I can just gut my own I guess. Sorry mang.

yep

Are they easy to install? is there any thing else iw ill need to buy to lower my truck? Also how much for shipping to L3X 1S9

you need a spring compressor to install the drop springs in the front and then you need to remove the ubolts on the rear axle and install the blocks in the rear. the only thing missing from the kit is the longer u bolts for the rear. if you have a spring and axle shop in your town they can make you a set (3 inchs longer than stock). also budget for a wheel alignment. I will check on monday for the shipping. I have a DHL account through my work so it will be cheaper to ship than canada post :)

that depends on how big a tire and wheel combo you go. here is a pic of my old colorado that the kit was on. I had 18's with 235/50r18 with no rub issues at all. as you can see there is still plenty of room. I could have easily ran 20's but I needed some tire, our roads suck LOL  :)
