Yeah...the stock muffler had like 8 holes that I could stick a screwdriver all the way into. I didn't mind, but I'm going to insure and register it this year so I can take it with me camping etc. and I want it to be completely legal. I don't want to get fined or impounded/whatever for driving around with a "fire hazard". I know people who have had to stop riding because they had a hole in the muffler of their bike...
Less of a raspy sound, and a bit quieter than my rusted out stock muffler, but it has a deeper sound now and seems to run a little better.
