if you check out Jesse Ray's post on his Cat delete there are helpful links and info.
here is a pic of my spare manifold. you can see the black soot ring where the hole doesn't match the head. that is your pattern to grind out basicly.

CAI = cold air intake, the tube setup I showd you
MBRP is a performance exhaust company (canadian too) they do wikid cat backs for our trucks

Yeah...MBRP makes good stuff...they just started making systems for quads and dirtbikes...I ordered a system for my Yamaha Warrior.

And MBRP stands for Martin Barkley Racing Products I think.

i seem to have lots of power out of my 3.5L. I have CAI, exaust from the cat, throttle body spacer, preformance chip for the engine, peformance o2 sencer, high end spark plugs, and sinthecic oil...in all i get about 600km to a tank on the highway. i can not complain!
