I traded in my 1995 GMC Sonoma 2wd, reg cab, swb which was lowered 5" front & rear with all Belltech suspension (nothing OEM there) 18" wheels and a 1996 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer, 2 door, 2wd which I also lowered 5" front and rear with Belltech & Chassic Tech componets and 20" wheels. Kinda miss them trucks but I do love my Colorado.

Just added another to the GM stable, I just bought a 2005 GMC SIERRA CREW CAB Z71 4X4
Should also mention my wife has a 2009 Pontiac Vibe GT. Funny thing is the three vehicles we now own are all black, I guess I got nothing better to do with my time but keeping these maintained.

Honestly it was not planned that way, it just happened. So this will officially be the last winter driving for my ZQ8.

i dunno whether to say that your truck will be happen to hear that or not...... i say taht cause i know that becasue you lowered it it is nice that i won't have to be run in the winter, but also i know my truck has some sweet fun in the snow lol

The snow is always fun for sure just the constant not knowing if your gonna get there when your dragging your ass around (air dam & cross member) plowing snow on a regular basis. Plue we get salted to death on the east coast.

Yes those are 44's, and yes, the suspension in that pic is stock...  I won't have any problems turning them with the Big Block.  The Dual tcases don't hurt anything either.    Spooled in the back, locked in the front, double beadlocks, and a factory convertible should it make more than fun on sunny days on the trail

First car was '93 Pontiac sunbird ($200 junker with lots of bounce in er but alot of scraping when hitting a speedbump or anything)
 
Then bought a '99 Saturn which was great till it started using around 1.5 liters of oil a week but still got $1000 when i sold it

What did you drive before you bought your Canyon/Colorado?

Mine was a 96 S-10 ext-cab three door .

My old 94 S-10 ex cab was the same color. My in-laws joked calling it gay pride purple  Radar blue I'd tell them  it was a different color and it did look good  . I had installed a Sonoma hood, factory roll pan body panel, color matched the grille and installed a plastic oem color matched 4x4 air dam. Of course it was lowered 5" front & 4" rear.

That was the first one I lowered. Went wit a kit 4/5", about a 4 hour job . The only bad part was the front bolt, drivers side by the gas tank . I hit my head all the time getting in . Bought the 04 Canyon in November when it was hit .

Yeah that bolt was a pain by the gas tank, upon reinstall I turned it the other direction facing inwards instead. Easier if you ever have to disassemble again.

That was when I could get on the ground and it didn't hurt . Now I have canyon off road,ext-cab .
