volant cold air intake, viper 2 way alarm system
 
ss mirrors, billet grill, canyon grill swap, hids low fogs, painted handels, shaved and relocated tailgate, ss rollpan with bolt in lights, tinted windows 20% all around, hard flip t-cover
 
3, 3 drop includes- 3" lower djm control arms , 3 djm blocks, 18" cadillac escalade rims, falken tires 235-40-18
 
7" power acoustik double din, 2 jl w3 10" subs, 4 channel rockford fosgate 1200W, Alpine 6 x 9s SPR-17S, leather heated power seats, painted dash inserts

just got the K&N Cold Air Intake 57 series installed on my truck this week, and replaced the ... i guess it would be small airbox attached to the throttle body today with a straight pipe,   can you believe K&N doesn't replace the entire length from throttle body to filter! what a sham, just taking out that 6 inch section of baffling made my truck sound like it has a cherry bomb under full acceleration  :)

They do...they just have two versions. One replaces the factory resonator box, one doesn't. Sounds like you got the latter.

07 + Colorado's are different, K&N offered 2 kits 1 was a straight performance intake all black, the other was polished aluminum for show nowhere on the K&N site does it list additional accessories for the kit to attach it straight to the throttle body though, if there was a version that replaces the resonator..... i blame Zeus! he ordered it for me! LOL
